| How much will it cost for my goods to be delivered from mango mutt?
Our shipping rate is just £4.99 on all orders under the value of £75 and completely free* to you if it's over (*excluding orders which contain 15kg and 12kgs sacks of dog food as the price includes delivery by Courier). Your order will normally be processed in two working days when your selected items are in stock. Should a chosen item not be available immediately, we will contact you by return to advise of when your order will be despatched to you. Please also allow up to five working days for delivery, thank you.
When and how will you receive your goods from mango mutt?
To maintain our philosophy of efficient service to you, we have chosen to use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed For" and "Standard Parcels" service.
Recorded Signed For - will be chosen for those smaller orders up to the value of £30. A signature will be asked for on delivery and by using the First Class Recorded rate, most items arrive by the next working day.
Standard Parcels - will be chosen for larger items and orders over the value of £30. The Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel, that will include compensation cover up to the value of £500, within three to five working days after posting.

What happens if my goods are delivered damaged or even lost?
We do hope that this will never by experienced, but would ask you to contact our office in the first instance on 01423 545787or via our contact form. We would then need to advise the Royal Mail who will then send you the relevant paperwork to complete, asking you to also confirm your issue in writing.
What if I need to exchange or return an item to mango mutt?
In the first instance we would be grateful if you could advise us of your
exchange or return by our contact form or on 01423 545787.
All we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you received
it, by recorded delivery where possible and at your expense, within 7 days
of purchase. We can then exchange it or refund the item fully to you should
you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
